Terms
Last updated 12 October 2026
Two sets of terms apply at the moment: the ones for using this website, and the ones for the waitlist scratch card. Terms for buying a box will be added here before boxes go on sale.
1. Website terms
This website is run by Hunt'Em Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17483380, registered office 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA. You can reach us at [email protected].
The words, pictures, artwork, illustrations and the Hunt'em name on this site belong to us. You're welcome to read, share and link to our pages. Please don't copy the artwork or the Hunt'em name for your own products or marketing without asking us first.
We've tried to make everything here accurate, but the site is provided as it is. Hunt'em is still being built, so details like prices, box contents and dates can change before launch. We don't promise the site will always be available or free of errors.
Where we link to other websites, those sites are nothing to do with us. We can't take responsibility for what's on them or what they do with your information.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under UK consumer law, and nothing here excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
These terms, and any dispute about them, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will deal with any dispute.
2. Waitlist scratch card: promotion terms
- Promoter. Hunt'Em Ltd, 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA, company number 17483380.
- Free to enter. There is no purchase necessary and no payment of any kind. All you give us is your first name and an email address.
- Who can enter. You must be 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom. Employees of Hunt'Em Ltd and their immediate families can't enter.
- Closing date. The promotion closes at 23:59 UK time on 31 March 2027. Cards unlocked after that don't count.
- One card per email address. Each email address gets one card and one result. If you come back and sign up again with the same address, you'll be shown the same result you already had; you don't get another go.
- How the discount is drawn. Every card wins a discount on one Hunt'em Starter Set. The result is drawn at random on our server at the moment you unlock your card, and it's recorded there and then. Nothing about the scratch animation decides it, and nothing you do on the page can change it.
- The prizes, the odds and how many there are.
- 50% off — a 1 in 5,000 chance per card. 1 available in total.
- 25% off — a 1 in 500 chance per card. 5 available in total.
- 15% off — a 1 in 125 chance per card. 25 available in total.
- 10% off — every other card, with no limit on how many.
- How you get it. We email your discount as a single-use code to the address you entered, when the first boxes go on sale. We don't know that date yet — if you'd rather not wait for it, you can ask us to delete your entry at any time by emailing [email protected].
- Using the code. It works once, on one Hunt'em Starter Set, and it's valid for 30 days from the day we send it to you. It isn't transferable, can't be exchanged for cash, and can't be combined with another discount or offer.
- The news box makes no difference. "Email me Hunt'em news as well" is optional and unticked by default. Ticking it or leaving it has no effect at all on the discount you win. You'll get your discount code either way, because that's the thing you asked us for.
- Your information. We use your first name and email address to send you your code, and to send you news only if you asked for it. The privacy policy explains what we keep, for how long, and how to get it deleted.
- If something goes wrong. We may withdraw a card or a code if we can see it came from automated sign-ups, multiple addresses used by one person, or anything else designed to get round these terms. If a technical fault shows you a discount our records don't have, the record on our server is the one that counts.
- Law. These promotion terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
3. Buying a box
Nothing is for sale yet, so there are no sales terms to show you. When boxes go on sale we'll add them here — price and delivery, your right to cancel and return, warranty, and what to do if something arrives damaged — and we'll make sure you can read them before you pay for anything.
